These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of https://www.thealphaagentic.com, including the Korean edition at /ko/, our newsletter emails and any other content we publish (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Eli Yang / Alpha Agentic ("Alpha Agentic," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Using the Site
You may read, share and link to the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. When you use the Site, you agree not to:
- Copy, republish, sell or redistribute our articles in full, or in substantial part, without our written permission.
- Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy content in bulk, or to place an unreasonable load on the Site.
- Interfere with the Site's security, ads or normal operation, or try to access parts of the Site you are not authorized to use.
- Use the Site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful to others.
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Site at any time.
2. Newsletter and email
If you sign up for our newsletter, you agree to provide a valid email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the articles, headlines, charts, tables, graphics, logos and design of the Site are owned by Alpha Agentic and are protected by copyright and other laws. "Alpha Agentic" and our logo may not be used in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.
Company names, tickers, trademarks and logos mentioned on the Site belong to their owners. Quotes from filings, earnings releases, transcripts and other sources remain the property of their owners and are used for news reporting and commentary.
4. Quoting and sharing our work
We are happy for people to quote and discuss our work. You may:
- Quote a short excerpt (for example, a few sentences or one key figure) with clear credit to "Alpha Agentic" and a link to the original article.
- Share links to our articles on social media, in newsletters and on other websites.
Please do not republish full articles, the full Daily Brief or our charts and tables without written permission. For permission or licensing, email contact@thealphaagentic.com.
5. Your submissions
If you send us a tip, correction, comment or other message, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use the information to report, correct or improve our coverage. We will not publish your name or identify you as a source without your permission.
6. Not investment advice
The Site provides news and analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Please read our full Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.
7. No warranties
We work to be accurate, but the Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Market data may be delayed, and information may change after publication. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or without errors or viruses.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Alpha Agentic and its publisher, editors and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, investment losses, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on any content, even if we were told such damages were possible. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
9. Links to third-party sites and ads
The Site links to company filings, press releases, other news outlets and other websites, and it may show ads served by Google and its partners. We do not control those sites or ads and are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices. A link or an ad is not an endorsement. Your use of other sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Applicable law
These Terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the laws of the place where you live that cannot be waived by contract.
12. Korean edition
These Terms apply to the Korean edition as well. If a translation of these Terms differs from the English version, the English version controls.
